We painted the cabinets, added the brick (real brick but only 1/2" thick), installed 8x8 solid cedar beams, granite, butcher block, wood flooring and chandelier, new cook top, double oven, graphite sink, new faucet, new paint on walls and ceilings. Total cost was $13000 labor and materials
